Last night Wednesday 29 th March, we held a Mental Health Forum in Narre Warren to hear guest speakers inform the public about identifying mental illness, how we can help and manage mental illness and what we can do to live a lifestyle that helps to avoid metal illness. We thank the presenters and all those involved, especially our Event Manager Lilian who set up and managed the event. We thank the Narre Warren South P12 School for the Hall as well as sponsors, Bendigo Bank, Bunnings, Ben Hill Websites, Judging by the questions in the Q & A session the crowd were well engaged and we hope that we have help people in some way to live a better life.

Up and running again
Our website is up and running again after being closed due to hacking and infection of our site. The club would like to thank Darren Zappa of the ITNOW Group for his generous efforts to clean up our site. Now we can set about updating some information on the site to bring it more up to date.
