Review Mental Health Forum

Last night Wednesday 29 th March, we held a Mental Health Forum in Narre Warren to hear guest speakers inform the public about identifying mental illness, how we can help and manage mental illness and what we can do to live a lifestyle that helps to avoid metal illness. We thank the presenters and all those involved, especially our Event Manager Lilian who set up and managed the event. We thank the Narre Warren South P12 School for the Hall as well as sponsors, Bendigo Bank, Bunnings, Ben Hill Websites,

Judging by the questions in the Q & A session the crowd were well engaged and we hope that we have help people in some way to live a better life.

Mens Shed BBQ

Tonight’s meeting is a BBQ with the Men’s Shed guys in Berwick. Should be good to have a look at what they do and how we can help. Men’s shed really do provide a great opportunity for many men to be involved and they have great results for improved mental health and happiness and enjoyment of life.
